About Me & Contact

As you might have guessed by the title I am married to a Philosopher. My husband is the love of my life and my best friend. We were college sweethearts and are planning on living happily ever after.

We have a wonderful daughter, Catherine. She's the most wonderful girl in the whole wide world but she's also full of mischief.

I am very lucky to be a Stay-At-Home-Mom. Many days it is an absolute joy, but I'd be lying if I said there weren't days that I yearned for the ease of my past office or library jobs.

I received my B.A. in English Literature from Christendom College, a small liberal arts school in the Shenandoah Valley.  I love to read, crochet, swim, play games, among various other activities!  I blog about my life, my crafts, things that matter to me, and whatever piques my interest.  This means that you, my dear reader, will see me ponder girlie beerwhat is it about Mr. Darcy, how to make a "houndstooth" potholder, cake made with diet pop, and so very much more!

I would love to have you advertise your blog, shop, Etsy store, etc. here at The Philosopher's Wife.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
